ABOUT ME
I have extensive knowledge of human resources, employer branding, sales and marketing – I use that to reach the right candidates and recruit them. In parallel, I help candidates with career and professional development.
I am passionate about public speaking and a certified trainer of business presentations.
What sets me apart is my deep knowledge of the Polish job market and the fact that I can approach professional challenges both from the employer and the employee side.
I collaborate with an experienced group of employer branding and big data experts, among others, as well as with communication and social media specialists.
I treat my clients as partners. I value trust and open, transparent communication – I think these are the key drivers of long-term success.
Privately, I’m an athlete. This is why I’m also competitive and goal-oriented at work.
My mission is to set the highest standards of the employer – candidate relationship, over and above what is the norm today.

- In my free time, I run long distances, including 6 completed marathons.
- I love the mountains and enjoy both hiking and rock climbing.
- I also love water, which pushed me to obtain a scuba diver licence.
- Exotic travels with a backpack are my biggest passion.
- I am an avowed extravert 🙂
